Join us for a one day Open Thread Bar Workshop with Julie Woods. This is a fun and informative program.
In the morning session you will learn about thread quality, weight, tensions, needles, working with decorative threads and how to use different threads in designs.
During the afternoon you will have the opportunity to try a large selection of Superior Threads from the “Open Thread Bar” You will create a panel using these decorative threads while making tension changes to your machine and seeing the differences in the look of the stitches, noting the tension changes on your panel next to your work. You will also be able to use a large print panel provided and use the threads to do some threadpainting.
Although this is a Superior Threads sponsored class, Julie comes strictly to educate on how to use any and all kinds of threads, regardless of the manufacturer.
